Role Overview
A School Warden is responsible for maintaining discipline, safety, and the overall well-being of students within the school premises and hostel facilities (if applicable). The role involves supervising students, enforcing school rules, and ensuring a secure and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students and ensure adherence to school rules and regulations
- Maintain discipline and promote positive behavior among students
- Monitor student attendance, movements, and activities within the campus
- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of students at all times
- Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with teachers, hostel staff, parents, and school management
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel rooms, common areas, and facilities (if applicable)
- Maintain records of student attendance, incidents, and disciplinary actions
- Assist in organizing school events, extracurricular activities, and student programs
- Ensure compliance with school policies and safety procedures

Salary Range (Surat)
- Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced (1–3 years): ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Senior School Warden: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000+ per month
