We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong testing knowledge, hands-on automation experience, and the ability to work closely with development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
- Analyze requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze test results
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
- Perform regression, functional, and smoke testing
- Ensure test coverage, quality standards, and timely delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
- 2–6 years of experience in Automation Testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver or other automation frameworks
- Knowledge of Java / Python / C# for test scripting
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) is an advantage
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
