Field Sales Trainee

The Field Sales Trainee is responsible for learning and supporting on-ground sales activities, customer acquisition, and market coverage. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer interaction, and achieving assigned sales targets under the guidance of senior sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned areas to promote products or services.
  • Generate leads and approach potential customers in the field.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
  • Assist in closing sales and completing documentation.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor information.
  • Maintain daily activity reports and customer records.
  • Support senior sales executives during field operations.
  • Follow company policies and sales processes.

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience

  • Fresher / Entry-level role.
  • Candidates with internship or sales exposure are an added advantage.
