Officer

The Officer is responsible for supporting administrative, operational, and coordination activities within the assigned department or organization in Surat. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, maintaining records, assisting senior officials, and implementing policies or procedures effectively while serving citizens, clients, or internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative and operational tasks as assigned by senior authorities.
  • Maintain official records, files, registers, and documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the implementation of organizational policies, rules, and guidelines.
  • Monitor daily activities and prepare reports, notes, and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations or organizational standards.
  • Address public, client, or employee queries in a professional manner.
  • Support inspections, audits, meetings, and field visits when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of official information and documents.
